Return and Exchange Policy – Favizami

At Favizami, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations or may need to be exchanged. 1. General Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept your request.

Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached.


2. Return and Exchange Procedure

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by email at support@favizami.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with detailed instructions, including the return address.

  3. Carefully pack the item you are returning, including the invoice or a note with your order number.

  4. Ship the item to the address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

  5. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund or exchange.


3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 2 days of receiving the returned item.
The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of a defective product or an error on our part.

We will cover the return shipping costs and arrange for a refund or replacement as quickly as possible.
